Our treatment consultants deal with hundreds of different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental plans within themselves making it impossible to accurately quote insurance benefits unlike that of your general dentist’s office. Due to our office being a specialty practice, it is impossible to accurately estimate our patients' insurance benefits. Many insurance companies will not inform us of their fees but only percentages of patients estimated benefits after treatment is completed. We are happy to file a predetermination of your benefits which can take up to three to six weeks to receive a response. We ask that you keep us informed of any change(s) to your insurance plan(s) and allow us to make copies of all dental cards. It is important that all information about you and your insurance be current.
