Our doctor(s) and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive Periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.
Emergency/Single-Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover).
Multiple Visit Payment Options
Option 1: Payment in Full
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.).
Option 2: In Office Payment Plan
Total of Treatment fees (not including any estimated insurance), divided into one-third down payment due at time appointment is scheduled, followed by three consecutive monthly equal payments.
For individuals desiring a more flexible payment plan, the in office plan may be the best choice. This plan allows for three consecutive monthly equal payments to be paid out over a period of three months. The one-third down payment is due at time treatment is scheduled, followed by first payment due the following month, the second payment is due the second month after treatment, and the third and final payment is due third month after treatment.
Option 3: Promotional Financing
For individuals who would like an extended payment option we participate with Care Credit which is a credit card that can offer you different promotional financing options. Care Credit provides the opportunity of no initial down payment and convenient monthly payments for your dental needs.
