Meet Bryan M. Konikoff
Dr. Bryan Konikoff was born and raised in Virginia Beach. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1999 and then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2003. He then received his Masters in Periodontics in 2006 at the same institution. Dr. Konikoff is currently an active member in several organizations including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Tidewater Dental Association, and is a co-founding member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Planning study club.
Dr. Konikoff was published in the April 2007 issue of the Journal of Periodontology for his work on the need for esthetic crown lengthening. He practices all aspects of periodontics from traditional surgical and non-surgical therapies, to periodontal plastic surgery. He performs all surgical phases of dental implant treatments including teeth extractions, immediate placement, bone grafting, and full mouth reconstructions. He and his wife Jan live in Virginia Beach with their children Ethan and Macie. He enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
