Very Gentle Dentist
Dr. Konikoff is efficient, friendly, and gentle and explains exactly what he is doing. He even called me personally the day after surgery to see how I was doing and called in prescriptions for me to another pharmacy when my pharmacy couldn't fill the prescription.

Excellent care and attention to my needs
I have been developing more anxiety about having any work done in my mouth as I have gotten older, but Dr. Hoag always offers to do whatever he can to help me prepare for the procedure before and after. He makes it so much easier for me to do what he needs to.

The Very Best Of The Best!
I have been going to Konikoff Hoag and San Dental and Periodontics four times a year for close to 25 years, initially for periodontics and later for deep cleanings. They and their staff (from receptionists to Joy and then Jean who does the deep cleaning) are very friendly, sincere, professional, and place the needs of the patient first. Simply put, I could not imagine going elsewhere.

Very comfortable dental office.
I am a senior who is normally very nervous and uncomfortable in a new dental office. What I found was a kind and very courteous office staff. Dr Konikoff explained every step of the procedure, answered all my questions and is coordinating with my regular dentist. I met with a treatment coordinator for a treatment plan estimate.. I felt comfortable that I had the information I needed to make a good decision moving forward. I can recommend Dr Konikoff and his staff.

The Doctor and his office have been a host to me for 5 or 6 implant procedures. The Office runs like a well oiled machine. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. It isn't their fault that I keep going back for more, but I wouldn't go any where else.

Great customer service!
Today, I was seen for a consultation for an extraction and two implants. Check in was breeze as I pre-registered. Even though I was early, they took be right back. Dr. Hoag, Lynette, and Faith were all very kind from x-ray to consultation and exam to financial info and scheduling. They were very personable, reassuring, and encouraged questions. They seem very knowledgeable about each of their professions. I look forward toward my procedures and treatment plan. Thank you!

Best staff EVER
There are not enough stars in the world for Dr San and her staff. Dr San is kind, compassionate and gentle, everything you want in a Dr when you are having dental work done. Her staff goes above and beyond in ways that I have never seen any other staff do, anywhere. One associate actually called me on a Sunday to review my upcoming procedure, even though she was off. After having issues getting a prescription filled before a procedure, another employee kept texting me to update me (which made the updates super fast and convenient) because she knew I was worried that I wouldn't get it in time (but she made magic happen so I had it when I needed it.) Dr San's dental assistant was the most soothing person in the world and was a huge help even after my procedure when I called with questions. On the day of the procedure, as soon as the first painful shot went in, she immediately placed her warm, comforting hand on my shoulder and it stayed there until I relaxed and fell asleep. Her compassion is second to none. She knows what her patients need and she gives them exactly that. Every single one of them has a happy, cheerful disposition, which is exactly what you need in a Perio's office. Going to the dentist is hard enough but going to a Perio steps it up several notches. However, everyone in this practice does nothing but keep you calm, relaxed and comfortable so you don't have to dread walking in the door. I actually look forward to it because they are so wonderful and pleasant to be around. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go anywhere else!!!!!

Excellent Periodontics Practice
This practice is first rate! All staff are kind, friendly, patient, and professional. Dr. Brian Konikoff explains all required procedures in layman’s terms, accomplishes the task quickly, and leaves you feeling confident that everything went well. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent periodontal care.

A Forever Patient
Dr. Bryan and his staff are not only extremely professional, but they are also very friendly and comforting with their patients. The most impressive thing is that Dr. Bryan called me the evening after my surgery to CHECK ON ME. I have told all of my friends and family!!! I highly recommend this periodontal practice (all of the staff have treated me with kindness).

Very Pleased
Always a pleasure to have my dental needs met at this group. They are very efficient in all that they do. Everything thing is explained prior to the procedure is started and all questions answered. The facility is very clean and modern. You are treated with total professional and respect from the moment you walk inside to the moment that you leave. The doctor is completely honest with you and offers all options for your health needs. The health coordinator/treatment planer is outstanding and has a wonderful approach that puts patients at ease. She goes through every step of the treatment plan and answers any and all questions. You can not go wrong by having your dental needs met at this location. Well done my hat is off to everyone at this business.

The Doctors and staff are professional, efficient, and personable. They go out of their way to make your experience as comfortable and painless as possible. The atmosphere is friendly and the work they do is stellar. I had a great outcome to what had been a very painful problem. I would recommend them to anyone, and everyone.

Your care made all the difference
The care to my dental needs made all the difference. Both Patty and Jean provided my care. I am so grateful and appreciative of their professionalism and skills. The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door.
Dr. Hoag is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. Dr. Hoag and Kim, the dental hygienist took the time to fully go over my dental health and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all this is done in a professional and positive manner.

I'm so excited!
As we were waiting for the hygienist to numb the area to be worked on. I told them they needed to change the song that was playing to "I'm so Excited" by the Pointer Sisters, then we all chuckled. A good way to start your day before an implant is put in place. My team worked in harmony together, each ready and knowing their part. When they would pause, I would ask questions and a polite response was given. Thank you Dr. San and team for your expertise and showing good bedside manner.

Implant location
Very pleased with my treatment from Dr. Konikoff and his team. The front desk reception was very nice and accommodated my husband's need to go to his doctor to have blood drawn for a next day consultation although they preferred for him to stay. The surgical nurse was super nice and did all she could to help me relax and get ready. During the surgery she continued with her TLC which I appreciated. Dr. Konikoff was wonderful. He was very concerned that I understand what he was doing as he worked and that my pain was minimized at all times. I was aware that he paused at least twice to give me more anesthesia. The post surgical instructions were very clear and he encouraged me to contact him even outside office hours if I needed help or had questions. That night around 9PM he called to see how I was doing. I really appreciated his concern for me and how I felt which sometimes in this world of modern medicine the patient doesn't always get. It was a personal touch that meant a great deal to me. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Konikoff and his great team!
